We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items unless there is an error on our part.
It is most important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F) from receipt of your item(s) if I have made a mistake on your order. Because the items are customized just for you, it is very important that when you place your order that you provide correct spelling, order of initials for monograms, clearly identify standard fonts, colors and sizes. There will be no refunds/returns for any mistakes, omissions or errors made by the Purchaser. Remember we are human and occasionally make a mistake. If Southland incorrectly produces your order we will give you a refund or replace the item.
