The standard screen print locations are:

  • Front left chest (where you would normally see a pocket placed)
  • Full front (standard size no larger than 12”x12”)
  • Full back (standard size no larger than 12”x12”)

 Special locations:

  • Sleeve prints
  • On pocket print
  • Hem print

Digital displays may cause colors to appear lighter or darker than they are in person.

Ink colors may appear slightly different based on the garment they are printed on as the garments color can affect the ink color.

Custom Ink Colors Specific PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors are mixed in house at a charge of $25 per quart.

Any ink changes are charged at $15 per ink change, per location. For example, if you change the ink on the front and the back of your shirt, it would be $15 for both locations for a total of $30. 

Our standard turn around time is 2 weeks (excluding major holidays) from the time we receive your deposit and order your garments. We will always meet specific pickup dates for a customer's needs if we are informed of the date at the time if ordering.

Production begins once the order has been submitted, artwork has been approved, and a deposit has been made. Turn around times are directly affected by stock levels, and we will reach out to you if stock levels are going to push your order out further.

We can accommodate shorter turn around times (5 to 7 days), but we will need to discuss these with you to make sure we can get it on the schedule.

We require a 50% deposit on all orders unless you have an established account setup with us, or if you are paying on an approved Purchase Order. Purchase Orders are required before we order any blank goods.

Toddler, Youth, Adult, Plus, and all sizes are offered but vary depending on the style and product that you order.

Toddler and Tall sizes have a limited selection as they are not as popular as standard sizes so please let us know if you need something specific so we can best match you to a product.

Since toddler sizes have a limited amount of space to be used their artwork must be resized. The minimum order on Toddler Tees is 12 items, and they are priced on a per order basis depending on the complexity of the artwork.

Yes, we can split your order between different styles and options as long as the artwork remains the same (artwork size, artwork colors, placement).

Yes, we can take any concept or idea and create you a custom piece of artwork.

We can also take an image from Google Images, Etsy, etc. as inspiration and adjust it for your needs.

Hand drawn pieces of artwork are billed at a base rate of $50. Additional changes or alterations outside of any original reasonable request will be charged at an hourly rate of $25.

Logo creation start at $25.00 and includes 1 free change. Any additional changes fees may apply.

We provide two sets of reasonable revisions. Multiple revisions due to lack of information from the customer or a complete change of artwork will result in a $50 artwork fee. Exact fees will be charged on a case by case basis.

We put all orders into our invoicing system and email you a copy of the quote for final approval. Once the customer approves the quote and pays the deposit (if required) we will order the products you approved. We do not order any products until the quote has been approved by the customer.

If there are any questions on your quote about styles, colors, pricing, or artwork placement we encourage you to contact us so we can go over details prior to quote approval.

Artwork must be approved by the customer before production begins. We WILL NOT produce any products that do not have artwork approval. Delays in artwork approval can cause your order to be delayed in production. Please be sure to check your email/text messages for artwork approvals and respond as quickly as possible.

We count all orders 3 times before they leave the store. Once when they are checked in, once when they are printed and go through quality control, and once when they are picked up. Customers may opt-out of having their order counted upon pickup, but they assume all responsibility for the quantities of shirts received. 

You have two weeks to place a reorder after goods are completed to get your original rate.

After two weeks all orders will be issued as a new order and the pricing will be based on the quantity for that order alone. For more information, please see our reorder policies and regulations page.

If we have ordered your blank goods, a restocking fee of 30% as well as shipping is charged if we must return any blank goods to our distributors.

If we have produced any artwork there will also be a minimum charge of $25.00 to cover the artist time.
