Shipping

Our processing time is currently 2-3 business days regardless of shipping method. This includes In-Store Pick-up. If you chose In-Store Pick-Up you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. Thank you!

We are proud to now include UPS® as an option for shipping. Although the cost for this method may be slightly higher, there are several benefits to choosing UPS. These benefits include:

  • All packages insured up to $100
  • Real-time tracking
  • Guaranteed delivery times
All UPS® shipping options provided on this site refer to standard business week delivery.
There are no options for Saturday or Sunday delivery at this time.
If choosing UPS®, please provide a physical address as opposed to a PO Box.


UPS® does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Shipping Delivery: We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping. Once UPS or the post office has your package we have no control over delivery. If your tracking information states that an item has been delivered but you have not received it please contact UPS or your local post office.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please call us at 855-473-2442 as soon as you place your order. If it is after our business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm EST) you will need to call us as soon as possible the following day. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOMIZATION ITEMS. We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items unless there is an error on our part.
