Policies

Current Production time / ORDER FULFILLMENT: 10 business days (M-F). Production time DOES NOT include shipping time. We do provide a Rush Service.

Pre-Orders are usually open for 2 weeks and then production time is 7 business days. All items sold on pre-order bases are all sales final and are not returnable or exchangeable. The reasoning for this is that pre-order are custom made for each order.

We will do our best to have your order on time but we have no control over supplier shipping time, weather or UPS delivery. If your order is completed soon it will be shipped upon completion. Orders received after 2 PM, will not be processed until the following day, so please keep this in mind when calculating the amount of days on your order.

Some items are time sensitive ordered and will be indicated on items page. Time sensitive orders are only order once or twice a month from distributor to save us and our customer’s money due to high shipping cost.

 

If for some reason we cannot get the item you ordered due to inventory mistakes or items on backorder we will contact you.

 

Cancellations: Cancellations will only be cancelled if the order has not begun processing.

 

Rush Order Service (additional charge): 5 business days (M-F). Production time DOES NOT include shipping time. We can provide you with faster shipping for an additional charge. If you need your item by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order. In most cases, we can work within your schedule but we first have to ensure we can get your item from our supplier within your time frame.

The rush fee is to pay the extra shipping costs to rush any supplies from our supplier and move your order up on our production schedule.

We will do our best to have your order on time but we have no control over supplier shipping time, weather or UPS delivery.

Shipping Time: USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) and UPS depends on your location. We can provide you with faster shipping for an additional charge.

 

Shipping Delivery: We are not responsible for items that are lost during shipping. Once UPS or the post office has your package we have no control over delivery. If your tracking information states that an item has been delivered but you have not received it please contact UPS or your local post office.

Shipping Insurance:

PRIORITY MAIL Insurance $50.00

UPS insures your shipment up to $100.00

 

ADDRESS CONFIRMATION: When you pay, please review your shipping address and make sure it is 100% correct to prevent shipping delays, returns-to-sender, additional shipping cost, etc.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOMIZATION ITEMS. We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items unless there is an error on our part.

It is most important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please contact me within 3 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F) from receipt of your item(s) if I have made a mistake on your order. Because my items are customized just for you, it is very important that when you place your order, you shall provide correct spelling, order of initials for monograms, clearly identify standard fonts, colors and sizes as there will be no refunds/returns for any mistakes, omissions or errors made by the Purchaser. Remember we are human and occasionally make a mistake. If Southland incorrectly produces your order we will give you a refund or replace the item.
