Return / Cancellations Policy

Returns:

Special Order: We do not offer returns or refunds on items that are custom ordered for the customer. This goes for any item that we do not carry in the store or an item that you asked for a specific size or color.


Cancellations: Cancellations will only be cancelled if the order has not begun processing.

Pre-Order Sale: No exchanges, returns, or store credit will be given. If an item has a defect, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the garment and we will work with you on resolving the issue. Due to the way some items are dyed there will be no refunds given for the coloring of the masks or design being different.

Custom Items: We do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items unless there is an error on our part.
